How pricing works
Four parts, one control plane.
Each part maps to something you can see in the product, so the bill reads the same way the platform does.
The products you choose
Voice AI, LiveAssist, NEQQO and Collections are added one at a time. Start with the one closest to your problem and add the rest on the same control plane.
Per workspace
Each workspace is an isolated tenant with its own policies, approvers and ledger. A business line, a client or a region can each have its own.
Usage
A usage component follows the work that runs through Spine, such as conversations and model calls. The model router records cost per decision, so you can see it line by line.

Start with one workflow and the evidence.
A pilot is how you find out whether governed AI works on your floor before you commit to more.

It depends on the deployment. Spine can route to models you already contract for, or to models we run for you, including open-weight models. We agree this up front.
