Spine is built by Bill Gosling Outsourcing, a customer operations company that answers to regulators for every contact. We built it for our own frontline first.
Why Spine exists
We needed one governed platform ourselves.
Separate bots meant separate rules and separate logs. That does not hold up when a regulator asks for the file.
Every team was buying its own bot
Each came with its own rules, its own logs and its own idea of what the agent was allowed to do. Nobody could see the whole picture.
A compliance fix had to happen many times
One rule change meant chasing it through every tool. In regulated work a missed copy is a finding waiting to happen.
So we built one governed platform
Spine owns the rulebooks, guardrails, approvals and ledger once. We ran our own frontline on it first, then opened it to others.
